Austin Ridge
Stafford, Virginia

             Located just west and north of the interchange of     I-95 and Route 630 in Stafford County, Virginia, this         500-acre property is comprised of 829 single-family detached home sites and 50 acres of commercial property.  The Austin Ridge website can be viewed at austin-ridge.com.

           The Austin Ridge project began in 1993 and currently there are about 700 families living in the community.  Austin Ridge has a community center, swimming pool, tennis courts, a picnic area with the historic Towson Robinson House and a trail system.

           Over the next few years,Rucker Realty plans a neighborhood shopping center to be developed at the intersection of Austin Ridge Drive and Route 630, Courthouse Road. It will consist of approximately 165,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a major grocery store.  To be known as the Shoppes at Rocky Run Crossing, the concept plan can be viewed by clicking on the name.
