Located at the intersection of Route 3 and Route 424 in
Crofton, Maryland, this 92 acres parcel is planned for mixed
use with nine buildings.
The
first building of 30,000 square feet of flextech space
is now complete and tenants beginning to occupy the building.
The concept plan calls for two more similar buildings, one of
30,000 square feet and the other of 25,000 square feet.
Retail
buildings are planned for the frontage along both
Route 3 and a new internal road, Transportation Boulevard
that has direct access to Route 3. The retail space will total
about 51,000 square feet in three separate buildings in
additional to Nautilus Diner.
Finally,
the back 12 acres known as Lot 5 would be ideal
for a distribution facility.
