    Located along Route 28 in Manassas, this shopping center serves a major growth area of Prince William County. 

    There are currently 25 tenants occupying the 135,000 square foot center and its 3 pad sites.  The anchor tenant is Shoppers Food Warehouse and there are a number of national tenants as well as many local tenants including McDonalds, Popeye’s, Checkers, Gold’s Gym, Pizza Hut, Dollar General and RentWay.
